Rear Shock Top Bushes

If you are going through shock bushes in 2-3 months then I would suggest that something is wrong.

Have you cycled your suspension with the springs out to check if the shocks are bottoming out?

My guess is the shock is bottoming out and overstressing the bushes which then fail prematurely.

I what manner are the bushes failing, are the falling apart or is the joint just loose?

If you have the old style of mounts where the joint was held together by a split pin then it can be awkward to keep the bushes tight. Later mounts have a nut so the joint can be tightened more easily. when we were running series LRs on the farm it seemed like every year the bushes on the pinned mounts needed changing to keep the joint tight.
