kingdong2 Posted October 19, 2008 Share Posted October 19, 2008 Hi sparg sorry i havn't replied to you as for some reason the forum had lost me so i had to rejoin so i am now known as kingdong2 yes the engine went well the gearbox suited the engine i hardely used low box the steepest of inclines where no problem for the tdi in high range the only down side was the engine seams to be drinking juice on a full tank of juice i did 230 miles works out at 23 mpg so i think i need to fit my other gearbox. graham.
