orange rover Posted February 25, 2006 Share Posted February 25, 2006 hmmmm.... thanks guys, it seams auto is the way to go.... petergg, i'll drop you an email or something nearer the time to get some advice about morroco prep, and special prep that an auto box might need... are you going in august?? thanks again guys, if anyone else has anything to add, feel free........ m@tt i thave a auto range rover that i take to the desert. auto is excellent in the dunes, would be my first choice! BUT: in order to make it last in the desert, especially in August you will have to fit a larger cooler! the original is not sufficient + the flow through the water cooler makes things worse, so it will constantly overheat.
