forestrynick Posted March 18, 2009 Share Posted March 18, 2009 Will halfshafts with fused hubs from a discovery fit to my 1984 rrc rear axle. I have a feeling that the bolt pattern on flanges will be different. Failing that will those shaft/flanges fit to my 1991 200tdi 90? I know the diffs are different, i plan to change that. Orange Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 It depends which 'fused' hubs you mean... If it's the one-piece mushroom head type (large/bulky flange) then I believe they will, but if it's the one-piece thinner/flatter type pictured below then they won't. (The later ones came with two different flanges - fixed and removable, but they are the same fitment in diff/hub terms). Again, with the 90, if it's the mushroom headed ones then yes, but the flatter ones won't fit. As far as I know, anyway!! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
