stewy1984 Posted April 23, 2009 Share Posted April 23, 2009 Industrial supply. bought a chester tube notcher from them a few week back, managed to bend the shaft going abit hard, it jammed when afew teeth on the cutter snapped off. anyway rang up today to ask about a replacment shaft, to my surprise they offerd to send me out a new tube notcher today and collect my old one for free, before i'd even had a chance to ask about a shaft. excellent service Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
