ashtray
i had this problem the other day, haynes manual says refer to land rover dealer for removal of brass bush on inner edge of stub axle, not quite sure of a way of removing, gave up in the end and reused the original stub axle
Boro
To remove the bearing and seal rest the stub axle on a vice opened sufficiently to allow the bearing and seal to pass through the jaws and carefully tap them out with a hammer and blunt chisel (or similar) from the wheel side of the stub axle, to remove the brass bush on the rear of the stub axle secure the stub axle in the vice being careful not to damage it (nut and bolt through one of the mounting holes) and gently tap a fine chisel or similar behind the bush again being careful not to damage the stub axle, they arent that tight a fit so come off relatively easily
