Aggrov8 Posted June 22, 2009 Share Posted June 22, 2009 Hi - I have a hybrid 90 running a 3.9 with ARB’s front and rear also 35x12.5x15 BFG Muds – wow is the only comment I can give, truly unbelievable – the trouble is I tend to break the odd CV joint – usually I switch the front on when it has not quite broken ground enough putting too much pressure through the drivetrain – the guys are right the 24 to 23 shaft is the way to go. Using the old 23 spline cv joints. KAM do a fantastic kit if £700 is in your budget – unfortunately not in mine. I am running disco 1 drivetrain 24/32 axles and want to ask if anyone knows if I can make a 23 spline cv joint fit this hub – I have been told I need to change the stub axle, but is that all I need to change?? if anyone can help i would really appreciate it.
