Les Henson Posted July 8, 2009 Share Posted July 8, 2009 King Pins are the swivel pins - usually it's the taper roller bearings that wear. If you raise the wheel, grab it top and bottom, and rock it - you will feel play. Almost total strip of the front hub assembly I'm afraid, but this is a fun, family thing to do one Saturday morning instead of doing the weekly shop. The kids/wifey can help you and get plastered in One Shot grease. Then the whole family can spend the rest of the day trying to remove the stuff It's all just fun, fun, fun!
