This year I have been traveling a lot with my 1.8: - Bucharest (RO) - Budapest (HU) and back - about 2,000km - Bucharest (RO) - Serbia - Montenegro - Croatia and back - about 3,000km. No technical problems at all. The car is spacious, so long trips do not cause you claustrophobia. The roads are not always in good shape, so FL it is much better than a normal car.
