western Posted September 27, 2009 Share Posted September 27, 2009 lift the centre seat/cubby box & cover panel, with the vehicle on level ground,set the handbrake to the 3rd or 4th ratchet click, using IIRC 2x 19mm spanners adjust the X-brake adjuster nuts so the brake is locked on, release the brake & check the moving pad is just litghtly touching the disc & the vehicle moves without the disc/pads heating up, if all OK, tighten the locknuts & refit the cover panel/seat/cubbybox. fitting & adjustment info here Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
