V8 Freak
A little more information about the vehicle and situation around when / how it jumps out of high will help others to diagnose your problem. Always under load accelerating, decelerating etc. Neil

V8 Freak
Go on.. Go wild and tell folks how old it is, engine, mileage etc.. Just so they can get the picture... I was hoping you would at least tell them about the car !
w_heily
Well it was out of my old mans 110 it was fine in that but that got stolen and burnt but this transfer has been sitting for ten years now with out being moved i only put an lt230 behind the tf auto because the schuler voith viscous transfers chains snapped and that was a bit of a mission to change the first transfer i got was a 1.003:1 it was well warn and too high geared it jumped out but only after being in low it was noisy and had slop in it too but this 1.41 is good other than it jumps out you can drive it round for two days and then it will do it some times i have to hold the lever back to keep it in i took the linkage off and engaged it at the selector and it still jumped out
