twotonetony
Ive recently purchased a terrafirma 2" medium duty lift kit, which im fitting at the moment, ive got to the last passenger front wheel, lifted the spring out of the box and to my horror noticed written on the bottom flat coil of the spring in felt pen D SIDE. Why? please say it doesnt stand for drivers side, and it will make no difference if they are around the wrong way. None of the other springs were marked I dont think so
scatt
I was always under the impression that the drivers side springs are slightly taller/firmer ?? Hence the D SIDE written on the spring. Im sure i will get corrected if im wrong but ive always put the taller spring on the drivers side.
