If the 4.6 is complete with auxillaries then use them, they're all much newer than the 3.5. You *can* swap the 3.5 bits onto the 4.6, the crank nose is longer so you need a spacer if you're putting that front end on.

I wouldn't put the edelbrock on, if you do it'll need setting up properly but frankly they're rubbish even when they're right - I'd strongly suggest keeping the EFI bits and megasquirting it.
