landybehr Posted August 14, 2006 Share Posted August 14, 2006 Hi, I´ver heard there is an issue with the non-standard timing chains where the camshaft wheels could interfere with the thrustplate retaining bolts. ´think the Cloyes is one that doesn´t fit (?). Is there any Duplex timing chain kit that DOES fit ?? Obviously there are a few makes of them. The engine in question is a 4.2 (very early) interim type. Thx!
