Marten
Have acquired a wired engine oil pressure gauge with sender. Plan to fit the sender in place of the fitted oil pressure switch. The sender body is larger than the switch and fouls the oil cooler pipe fittings. I need a short connector to move the sender unit out from the filter block. The existing switch and the sender unit are both threaded 3/8 - 24 NF. I have 3/8 - 24 UNF brake pipe fittings, 1 x male/male connector and 1 x female/female connector, that fitted together would do the job, but the threads don't match. Has anyone come across a source of 3/8 - 24 NF pipe connectors? I'm all Googled out!
western
I used TD engine parts on my 20tdi to fit the oil temp & pressure gauges in my 110. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v384/western214h/oil%20pressure%20and%20temperature%20transmitter%20locations/
