peter logan Posted November 10, 2012 Author Share Posted November 10, 2012 Carlos, I did use the r380 gearbox and lt 230 transfer case. I fitted the gearbox with a bellhousing from a V8 engine Defender as the Isuzu engine I have was fitted with a homemade flywheel adapter for that purpose. Obviously I had to remove the chassis engine mountings and weld on replacements to suit this engine. I also had to replace the spigot bearing in the crankshaft to 22mm.
