New shocks for old eh ,RR Classic upgrade ,all welcome .

Again thank you all for your input ,all of which is very gratifying ,But WHY DO NOT THE SUPPLIERS suggest NEW SHOCKS or would the price demote the sale ( crafty ). If new shocks are required then that is how it will be .Conversly ,how bad /would it be to keep old shocks as they look good to me ,what weaknessess do `air` suspension shocks have .Coachman

As I said on your other thread they're "vavled" differently because air springs behave in a different manner to coils and therefore require different damping. Not to mention the front shock being mounted differently. There's a reason that EAS shocks have a different part number :D
