Off Road Toad
Hopefully someone could help me here before i jump up and down on my useless hawkeye, i tried to use it on the air suspension on my discovery 2 yesterday, no problem with the car but thought i ought to have a play with the hawkeye before i do get a problem and don't know how to use it. anyway, when i select suspension from the list it comes up with a product key (shows the number) then says WARNING! unknown product key and immediately goes to the ABS diagnostics! this obviously is of no use, so am wondering if i am doing something wrong or if there is a fault with the hawkeye etc etc. has anyone come across this? the more i use the hawkeye the more i wish i hadn't wasted my money on it, apart from the fact they use error codes that are unique to bearmach and rely on your ability to use google to decifer them (great if your in the middle of the woods) Thanks, Steve
Bingy
Steve, thought id have a look at mine to try and help you out. Its that long ago, i forgot it has to be plugged into the motor to power up. However, reading one of the pamphlets Quick Reference guide, it shows OM1006S BA 5073 Air Suspension cable. Do you need to use this link cable? I wouldnt know as im on springs all round HTH
