cress
some months back my TD5 started the sinking overnight syndrome. No messing about I bought 2 new airbags from JLS in Willenhall and set to fitting them. Not too bad a job. I did notice however, one of the 4mm pipe unions connecting to the air valves was a little hit and miss when I was tightening it up, low and behold last week on a brisk morning I went out to find the car pointing at the moon again. Further investigation revealed the leak was coming from said air valve union (Stripped thread). I guess this could have been the original problem. I bought a replacement valve block off ebay (used for £40) from Discovery 2 Parts I must say 2 days and the valves are here, fantastic service and the valves look great also. so a big thumbs up to them. just gotta fit now.
