Evo_uk1 Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 I have just ordered a EGR removal kit , is there any complications on installing it ie tuff bolts I will also be removing a diesel chip that was on the vehicle when I bought it , I read the paper work and it states to remove it just plug back into the ECU ..... hope its as easy as it sounds Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

SPendrey Posted October 5, 2015 Share Posted October 5, 2015 I did mine on a 20 year old Disco when I got it last year... was worried about snapping the bolts too, but an overnight soak of WD40 and I had no problem at all removing them.
