I'm trying to sort out moving all my battery clamps on to lug types, but can't work find any info to tell me how big a set of lugs I need to buy. thanks in advance. Glue Posted November 23, 2006 Author Share Posted November 23, 2006 Thanks Jim, I agree entirely about sizes (most of my additional wiring and my custom jump leads are in 35 sq.mm). My poorly phrased question was more about what size Land Rover fit as factory standard so I can buy the right lugs? A rough educated guess (from measuring) suggests 40 sq.mm, does this sound right.
