Yostumpy Posted October 17, 2014 Share Posted October 17, 2014 yep! mine does that, britpart has 2 year waranty, but after 1 year I have to remove it and send it back for inspection, so haven't bothered . Boydie Posted October 17, 2014 Share Posted October 17, 2014 Total useless design and due to the single lobe on the camshaft it will always be noisy, buy an electric one and blank the engine block off. The additional advantage of an electric unit is if it has, as mine does a pressure switch it only operates when needed and not when not - as on the highway once a vacuum has been established.
