  2. Turbo is a strait wastegate turbo but control by vacumm by the ecu, removed the vacum cell and get a pull boost cell there instead, easy fix

  7. Hello, I have change the clutch on my td5 2000 disco, I changed the flywheel, clutch, release bearing, fork plastic bush, pushrod, slave cylinder, I now have a clutch that slips on light acceleration and a high clutch pedal, What's your thoughts?

Use the standard turbo and get it hybrid by a turbo rebuilder, but you will get 150 from a standard turbo easy, I have a clutch kit for the conversation, brand new genuine parts, cost me 300 will.sell for 100, Yes you can use a om606 non turbo injection pump, as long as it's the mechanical type one and not the later edc one,

  14. Me too. Remember when you buy the kit it comes with another drive disc that bolts behide the flywheel adding to the weight.

  16. Mat Wilson that is the basic timing. Not the fine tuning. The timing box you can borrow from me. As long as you return it. There about 400 quid to buy
  17. If the pump is in USA dieselmeiken has a company out there rebuilding the pumps for him using his elements. Might say on shipping costs
  18. Would need part numbers but I will pull up pictures of the sumps. Dieselmeiken should charge around 700euros for the rebuild. From my measurements On a disco you just need to notch out the front crossmember. The oil filer will be tight to the bulk head but you can make a relocation kit for this. Timing of the pump is really easy . Have a tool you put in the pump with two lights on. Time engine to I think 15 degrees after tdc and move the pump on adjuster to both lights are on.
  19. The om603 pump number 6030700101 that's the Mercedes part number and Bosch 0400076884 these pumps are good and have an alda fitted as standard. The om606 na pump will need an alda fitted to stop smoke on no boost.
  20. Both those pumps are no good. There electronic. I will dig out the part numbers for you for the pumps. I get them from my local scrap yard for 70 quid normally. But I have run out.
  21. Hi not sure on the mounts. You will need a v8 Box. If anyone's interested I have the clutch parts brand New ready. Which . Will sell at what they cost me. I also Work for Mercedes main dealer so can help people out if they need parts
