Hi, guys,
I am looking for new seals for the UJ's of my fairey winch.
Are these single seals for sale? Or do I need to buy the whole cross and replace it? I had a look at the cups. They are in a good shape, no needles are missing. So it would be great if there is an address where to order these.
Cheers,

Sorry to dig this up again..
Is there anyone sure that this pto does not fit the td5?
Thanks,
Finn

nope, this was exactly what I wanted to know

I will buy one in the near future myself.
Have been looking (in the internet) at these cranes (see attachment)
This is a 2Ton crane like yours. But I was wondering what is its minimum load weight (if you want to lift something, which is far away). There are, I believe, 4 different distance points where you can lift something.
Will I be able to lift an engine at all points of distance?

Hi guys,
I am looking for this book, but the RGS has none anymore.
Anyone got an idea where to get a copy for a decent price?

anyone who could answer this? We would like to rebuild the pto before the weekend.

strangely enough the thing is broken on the lid where you normally undo the chain, if you want to remove it.
Is this a known weak point?

Has anyone got an idea where to get a new chain for this pto?
I will try superwinch, but not sure if they still sell these.

So these balls cannot fall out when overloaded? They stay in the pto..?

Are you referring to ball partnr. 35?

Well, I found some at blanchards.
I have a side question.
How does this work on a defender PTO, does these also have shear pins? Have never seen one..

yeah, I was too lazy to remove it when I bought the car 6 years ago. And now I am kind of used to it

Yes, the original one is out of brass..
I broke it yesterday by hand when I added the extra drive flange for the back..

If I take normal bolts, do I have to make a 'break-line'?
Or can I just take the bolt and hope it breaks 'somewhere'?

Does anyone know what kind of bold I could use instead of a shear pin?

I think 6,5 mm

Ok, has anyone got an idea about the load they will have to be. I believe 2280 kg, is that correct?
Thanks,

Hi guys,
my lt95 gearbox (not installed to a vehicle) has a 5mm play in the handbrake drum. Is this normal? If not, can I easily fix this?
