Hi I have a 200tdi Disco...the central locking and alarm was working perfectly with the remote...however I have noticed that when I now lock the car, rather than the 3 flashes I used to get I get a single long flash...all the doors lock ok and the alarm light inside still flashes as before
I changed the remote batteries today (new 6 months ago) and has made no difference.....any ideas ??

can't say for a D2 but my povety spec 200tdi D1 had the wiring for the sub in the tailgate so there is a good chance it will be there....being a commercial might be the only issue but its a good assumption to assume the main loom would be the same..

I bought a 15" leather Mountney.....the rim is far too skinny was horrible to use...so put my old one back on....think I will fit a leather RRC wheel as the rim is nice and thick still...

Hi all.....just got a CB...if I get a gutter mount can you just take the aerial off leaving the mount in place easy enough ?

That's some impressive battery life for a Clarke/Sealey tool!
Above your budget I'm afraid, I bought a Bosch GDS18V-HT last year. It has yet to stop impressing me each time I use it. IMO there was little point for me buying something that couldn't deal with tight/big stuff. LR wheel nuts are a walk in the park with this. Tractor wheel nuts make it work a little harder
thats the same models as I also bought...great piece of kit, still waiting for the first battery to run down.

local to me so will try and get along to it.....bound to be something I 'need' to buy

Hi I'm new to my Landrover....do you get a lot of stuff for all makes...I have a Disco 1 cheers

Im sure on mine they are the metal rivet type nuts? you could also try the round plastic ones that open out from behind, when you insert a screw,
But im sure the screws that hold the trim in place are threaded?/so would go with the first.
Ian
cheers getting some rivnuts to do it

Hi all
got a small problem, I have finally got my rear subs working I bought for my 200tdi...however my tailgate does not have any of the fixings in the tailgate itself to screw the sub into......all I have are the shaped holes....can anyone tell me what fixings I need ?

I have bought a sub/amp unit to fit in my 200tdi.....I have found the plug connector for it in the tailgate, the issue is the plug that was in the sub has 6 wires in but the one in my tailgate only has 5 wires in ?? will it work or do I need to run another wire...if so what will the wire be for ???
last question....I have the bolts for fitting the sub to the tailgate but I just have holes in my tailgate....has anyone got a pic or link to the fittings I need for the tailgate
many thanks all

When I fitted my QT diff guard I totally removed the harmonic damper as you can't fit it as well with no ill effects...
