Machine Mart sell a box of assorted springs in a storage box for £7.04 inc vat. You will havee 199 springs left over but they do come in handy.

Just wondering if anybody has used the X anchor in anger yet. I have a D44, but its getting a bit heavy to lug around. (that I am unfit does not help lol )

Would it be possible to run a length of flexible tube/pipe from the airbox, up through the snorkel ? This should be pretty leakproof.

Thank you all for the replies. What I meant was the Dump Valve in the air intake hose,and airbox. I now realise that I need to seal both ! What happens to any rain water if it gets in. The snorkel is ex MOD complete with a Donaldson airbox and filters.

Hello Does anybody have a pic of the dump valve on the air intake.( 300 tdi) I assume that when you fit a snorkel,that the dump valve has to be sealed/replaced. Thanks.
