  2. Thanks for the help gentleman, wish the weather would give me a break to get too the bottom of it, driving me mad now, only just put a new GKN prop on hope its not that
  3. Evening all, Right my 90 300tdi has got this annoying squeak from the wheel area, can't really tell if it's the back or front wheels, only happens once it's warmed up, sometimes happens a little while driving straight but more when I turn to the left, it's more of a chirp, any ideas what I should check?
  4. This might answer the question then, they must not be standard then, I'm sure I've seen on a video of someone removing a extended plastic arch that covers that gap?
  5. Evening all, can anyone help out please, I have a rather large gap in the inner wing doesn't meet the out wing, and with this weather the rain and carp is messing up my headlights and wiring, I believe you can get inner wing extension that cover all this up? Any help with part number or where to get them can't find them on the web
  6. As per the title I've searched the web and with no joy, can anyone tell me how the pins goes? as in you've got the spring what looks like the a ball and so on, is it door off job?
  7. Lucky I'm working this weekend on my days off with that price! Problem I've got is that the landy is at a job I'm doing this weekend and haven't the time to do it, I spoke to my friend today and he said he could bush it if I get it over to him
  8. Thanks Ralph, it's number 5 err3736 bloody stud snapped this morning knackered the mouth of the ali up can't heli coil it
  9. Looking for a part number for the 300tdi auxiliary mounting bracket? mines shot and I can't heli coil it
  10. As the title says I can't find the bloody part number for this anywhere, its the foam they put around the lever before you put the gator back on, the garage thought it was a good idea to rip it out to get at the gearbox and leave in the back of the truck in pieces for me to find
  11. Update Took the wheel off to investigate the problem, well the little black cover was shot to s@#t so ordered a new one and some gaskets for good measure I'll have to check the breather when I don't get sooo bloody wet getting underneath it
  12. Thanks for the quick replies, hopefully the weather holds off tomorrow and I'll crack on with it Thanks again Jim
  13. Good evening all, Can anyone point me in the right direction please, as per the photos I haven't a clue where this greeny oil is coming from had a look around the housing it is seems to be pushing out from behind my wheel spacer, OS front only seen it today and haven't a clue what's caused it and what needs replacing Jim
  14. Thanks for the quick reply I've took the old casing off and can't see the old one, I'll have a good look tomorrow, by the parts diagram looks like it goes up near the camshaft
  15. Can anyone help please as the parts diagram shows this little gasket part number ERR2344 but doesn't show where it goes on the back of the casing, Is this importent to fit this gasket?
  16. Cheers Ralph, the diagram shows it going on the front, that's why it confused me as the dust shield fits on the back of the pulley not the front
  17. In the parts manual it shows something called a flinger err2100 that goes in front of the pulley then the dog nut and washer goes on, mine never had this when I took my pulley off, is this important to have this?
  18. I've re placed the O ring every time I've changed the seal, Never thought about the sprocket sitting to far in, just thought it went on till it hit the O-ring
  19. On the first few there was signs that I nicked the lip, thats why I started to press them back in, instead of me pushing the sprocket on, I'm yet to remove this last seal as I haven't a re-placement to put back in, plus now I've spent over £30 on the buggers,
  20. I did that on all the seals Ralph, little bit of oil both outer and inner lip, even pressed the sprocket back on so I didn't cause any damage if I tried to push it back in
