  1. Thanks for the reply guys . I do have the switch for the dash / interior light it just that i can switch the dash lights on when the side lights and ignition is off never noticed it before and as i had the loom out for the welding i thought i may have connected it back the wrong way as i lost the pics i took of the wiring and i use my other 110 for reference but it has different colors of wires . Everything works as it should ( Brakes , Indicators etc ) so i will just have to check that i dint leave them one and flatten the battery. Cheers Iain
  2. Hi all should the dash lights be able to be switched on when the ignition is off as i have not noticed this before . I have just reconnected all the wiring at the rear after fitting a new xmember and think i have wired something wrong also i have a single purple wire that was just dangling in the wheel arch any ideas what it is for ? all help greatly appreciated. Iain
  3. Hi mate i have just done mine and went for the one without the exstentions as my chassis rails were ok but if i had known how much trouble it was going to be i would have just use the one with the extentions . If you check the Tech Archive it is the top post on how to do it . Cheers Iain

  5. and they can also be set to flash if the vehicles are speeding they have them on the M8 in Scotland Iain

  8. at Muddy .. Les thanks for the advice poked a chisel in there and it all seams solid was thinking of doing it that way but making it flush with the chassis . i have my brother in law coming over to do the welding for me as he a welder to trade all i got to do is prep it for him ( my welding ok but with it being a stressed area thought i would get him to do it ). On another note how can you tell what swivel seal to get as i not sure what axle it is . it could be off a RRC as it got two steering dampers . Cheers Iain

Hi guys just spent the day cutting off the front outrigger on my 110 and there is a big hole behind it . was just wanting to know if this is worth reparing with a plate or am i better off getting a new chassis as i have the other outrigger to do and also the rear cross member have been around the rest of chassis with hammer and all seams fine . your thoughts would be most welcome . Hi all , was under my 110 csw today and noticed that it had two steering dampers on it one in front of the axle and one behind after a quick search of the forum i couldn't find any reference to it having two on . is this correct or are there any reason for it to have two , or to hide something else wrong with it ?. Any help appreciated . Thanks Iain

  14. Hi i have a vibration when off throttle and there is a large clunk when engaging gears could this be from the front diff as i can turn the front prop 15mm freely or is this normal when the transfer box is in neutral any ideas to what could be causing this most welcome. Cheers Iain

  16. Thanks mate thats what i was talking about will check paddocks out for them but do you need to remove the tub to fit them Cheers Iain

Hi i was wondering if one of you kind people could tell me were i can get the rear cross member mounting things for the rear tub for a 110 csw i have looked for them on a few web sites but cant find them , also do you need to remove the tub to fit or would it be easier and cheaper to make some myself from some bar .
