Does any one have any recent experence of putting a land rover through The SVA test. I currently have a series 3 on a range rover chassis and running gear almost complete and ready to go on the road

Does any one know what would be causing my V8 on Stromberg Carbs to be a pain starting. Seams to run fine once going but if you stall it you will faltern the battery some times before it goes. It is running on an electric fuel pump and the return is running fine could this pump be pushing to much fuel through and flooding the engine?

I have off roaded a V8 powered SIII and what it lost in axle articulation got away with due to the power of the V8. I am currently building Hybrid and this also is powered by the V8. Go with the V8 just for the noise it makes and the fact that you will smiling from ear to ear when you put your foot down!!!!!!!

Does any one out there know of off road clubs in the east devon/ somerset area at present I am a member of Woolbridge but its a fair way to travell just to break my landy Cheers
