I have the Sparco Unit.

Very nice, very happy, but will not do it again.

I'am afraid of getting it wet .............

But, I lost the manual, so if anyone could help me on that ?

What kind of cooling do you advice for auto gearbox cooling on a challenge Td5 ??

oil water coolers, 2x Laminova

or

aircooler with fan, but where to install ?

I've heard a lot of history's about people saying that the watercoolers can get problems because you add the gearbox temp to the engine cooling system ..........

BUT, where the ACE is supposed to sit, I have a 2nd Alternator ............

I was unbolting the the steering pump of my Td5 to replace this with for a full hydraulic steering pump system (PSC).

BUT, once it was off, I found out that, there is a shaft going through the std steeringpump, to power up the waterpump also ?

Anyone an idea how I can adapt this, to make the waterpump working independent ??

Or, does anyone know if PSC has such a pump, so I can keep drinving my waterpump ??

However, one thing at a time …………… you need to sort out the coolant and air temp sensors first as the O2 sensor is ignored until the coolant temp is above 71C (default)

That can be done quite easely, they are just dagling around in the engine bay
