CarlBrit
Just purchased a Freelander 2002 TD4 GS. The horn fuse was removed when I brought it, I went to put the fuse (F5) in and the horn appears to be stuck on. What can this be, so far Ive prised the horn buttons off the steering wheel and found only the right button to be connected. Before I go on fleabay and purchase a rotary coupler, do you helpful chaps have any idea what could be causing this issue? Its driving me mad !! FridgeFreezer
As your other post is also an electrical problem I'd wonder if there isn't some common root cause - a bad earth or a chafed wiring loom somewhere? Alternatively the full electrical diagrams are in the RAVE manuals, should be only 2 things controlling the horn: the horn button and the alarm/ECU. Should be easy enough to check with a meter.
