Les Henson
Just done a few odd repairs on this vehicle, and the owner mentioned that he's had two air suspension bladders replaced, but they won't inflate. If everything is ok, should they self inflate, or do I have to go through the 'pin jumping' process mentioned in another thread on here? Les. Half Orange
Les, if the car was on a ramp and the axle was at full droop, with no bladder fitted, ignition ON, the range sensors go screwy and the EAS does not reinflate until reset. Manual inflation may work, but then again, you may need to reset the fault code via Rovacom before the ECU allows the compressor to run. Range Rover Blues
When you start the car up all 3 buttons for the EAS should light up as a self-test. If the up and down buttons stay illuminated then the system is in fault mode and if the fault is serious enough it will not reinflate the system. However this would be all 4 air springs not just 2.
