foxminer Posted June 5, 2007 Share Posted June 5, 2007 Hello all, been off line for a few days while switching provider, but i have good news for all who contributed or read my posts, On saturday i finally got the old smoker running without a puff of smoke. The answer a wrecked TURBO, i don`t know how this was missed by the diagnostic i`m sure that should have picked something up. Maybe i should of spotted it earlier. Luckily for me a good friend had a spare i just took mine off and bolted on the donor and hey presto no smoke. May i take the opportunity to thank all who helped and now i`ve stripped and rebuilt the head of my D2 more times than i`ve had hot dinners recently maybe i could be able to help someone else.
