Speedy_Gonzales
I have a 2000 110 TD5 with standard steering wheel as per link below: http://www.qtservices.co.uk/product.asp?id=2686 Can anyone tell me what the steering wheel size is as I am looking to replace the steering wheel with an aftermarket one (i.e. momo or mountney etc).. Will a 340mm wheel be large enough or has anyone encountered issues with using too small a steering wheel? Thanks in advance... Litch
It's a very personal thing. I have had a 300mm wheel on my 90 for the past couple of years and get on with it very will indeed, it replaced the 340mm wheel that I fitted several years previously. I didn't just decide to downsize but I had to buy a new wheel & boss to match up with the new Snap-Off adapter and decided to get a smaller wheel at the same time. I settled with a leather Richbrook R2 (340mm) and Mountney M boss, makes it a lot easier to drive and it feels great, really positive..
