Grit blaster

Recommended Posts

I have just got one of the small blaster kits. Small hopper hose and gun. Tried it out on a coil spring and the bottom plate it would sit on from a 110. Happy enough with results but the grit does tend to go every where. Thought about a bought cabinate or a home made plywood and plexi glass one.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to use and would they like to share the idea? As always keeping the cost to a minimum. ;)

Thanks Mark

Here's a link or two thats been lounging in my bookmarks menu for a few years.

Its got cheap written all over it. Might give you some ideas. Basically you just need some plywood and a bit of polycarbonate sheet (plus a few spares).
