Dorsetfreelander
I am now on my third Freelander and have an 04 reg TD4 auto SE. One thing I have noticed is how poor the ventilation is especially in the back despite the fact that Landrover seems to have upgraded the system on each successive model that I bought. The overall effect is that it's still rubbish and it often mists up inside when I have a few people in it (no the recirculator switch isn't stuck). What I can't determine is where the exhaust vents are; there is normally some sort of venting system in the boot area of a car but on the Freelander there doesn't appear to be any way for air to get out save for dropping the rear window. Any comments or suggestions? Cheers Dennis
Blippie
There's a cabin air intake on the n/s rear corner of the boot. But once you have a loadspace cover/luggage/dogs in the back, I'm not sure in gets much airflow. Cheers Blippie
