WALRO
Installing 4.11 final drives and Detroit lockers, but can't find torque spec's for the pinion nut. Have the Land Rover assembly procedure but it doesn't seem to be there. Thanks.
DiscoClax
Pinion nut should be tightened to 130Nm according to RAVE for a D1.

streaky
I have just purchased a set of 4.1:1 ring & pinions from Ashcrofts. They say I should use the castlated nut from Series diffs as the pinion nut. Would this be the same torque figure as the Nylock nut used on regular 3.5:4 diffs? Or doesn't it make any difference..so long as it's tight right? Thx.
