Monster Posted April 23, 2008 Share Posted April 23, 2008 My bro has a problem with a Disco v8. He has given me the following symptons. (Unfortunately i havent seen the vehicle so cant really answer any questions directly but can find out). Discovery 3.9 V8 EFI HOTWIRE won't start, have spark, fuel and 12 volts on both terminals on injectors. Injectors won't pulse, (assume this is when throttle floored). Originally hard starting, would run on firing set at 25 BTDC. Found 1357 injectors not pulsing which caused engine to get very hot, now lost all pulsing to injectors.
