Ouch, I bet you needed some new underwear if that happened at any kind of speed....

As long as the other side is not damaged (bent) then there is no reason to change both, unless you are suspicious of that side for some reason - they don't usually snap unless horribly mangled, never mind on road!

As above, not reason to change both, but I would take the oppotunity to 'upgrade' to the fatter rear arms fitted to RR and Defenders. Should be a few about on 'the bay' or here given that quite a lot of people with lift kits have moved to cranked rear arms.

Oh and if you do change the arms, probably a good idea to change the bushes while you are there....espcially if it's a 2nd item.
