series 3
I was trying to get the picture thing sorted out so I could show you all what the problem was but I cant get it right now so Ill explain as best I can. My LWB series 3 has two new outriggers on it that were put on by the previous owner. They are the ones that the front of the rear leafs atach to by the shackles. They are currently sitting about 1 and a half inches above the top of the chassis rail. I have already been told that they are taking a serious chunk out of my ride height but I want to know whether this is dangerous or ilegal. Sorry about the bad description but anyone out there think they can give me some advice?
Les Henson
The otriggers should be flush with the top of the chassis - if they are 1 1/2 inches above it, then I'm not surprised the rear suspesion is low. You need to at least relocate/modify them so they are in the right position. Les.
