Steve 90
Just buy a new rod end, Cut the original off and re weld the new one just a little more carefully than it has been done in those pictures, very easy to do.
white90
Thanks Steve 1st time with anything hydraulic I think the orientation of the cylinder will cause an issue with the mounting to though the hole is 90 degree sout to the one you have re the in/out ports
ciderman
As mentioned in my PM , chop the cylinder mount off , Make a new one up to your desired spec and reweld and test . They are a bit like propshafts , a locating step inside the mounting yoke that sleeves into the cylinder bore .

white90
Anyone ordered from Steerforth? At the top of the catalog it says no minimum order charge at the bottom it says minimum order £
white90
Steerforth delivery I thought a Grease nipple would be fitted in the hole but there isn't a thread in the hole Ideas anyone? do I tap a thread?
Steve 90
That looks like a drilling for a grease nipple or other form of lubrication to me. The grease nipple on mine is in that exact spot. Its probably left blank as it depends what application its used for what lubrication system would be used. Easiest to get some grease nipples and tap a thread to suit.
