draper40
Okay, So following previous advice I got a range rover back seat set and it has now been in for a while-very comfy! What I am now trying to workout is how to get the back held back. I have put them in so that they can fold and tilt forward in order to get to the battery etc but how should I secure the back? Any ideas? Pete
Ryan
The old series way was a leather strap nailed to the back of the seat with a little slot cut in it, which was retained on a bobble thing on top of the bulkhead (not a great description I know). I don't know if you'll have that option - I don't pick my Defender up until tomorrow so don't know if the bulkhead still has those bobby things on top. Are the seat backs solid or soft and squishy? draper40
The very back is solid-plastic I think. i do have the original seat latches off the rangie so perhaps these could be modified? pete
