forkrentfitter Posted July 6, 2008 Share Posted July 6, 2008 evening all,need some advice,me&my lad are building a coiler special at the moment,basically it is 87"discovery chassis,lt77 defender box,200tdi donk,suzuki sj body.we have used well worn rr classic springs,hopeing this will give good articulation,i have a set of new procomp es9000 shocks and also a set of decarbon gas shocks.does any one know which will give the softer damping rate.the truck is only used offroad,though we may have a go at a punch type event,chris. Young bobtail Rhys Posted July 6, 2008 Share Posted July 6, 2008 The pro comp's are softer than de carbon's, although IMHO de carbon's are much better.
