Monster
Hi, Maybe better to post in Discovery section but i know many defenders are now 200tdi disco powered but here goes anyway! Just wondering if anyone has tried this? I seem to remember someone saying this would be a power increase. Would this be a bolt on mod? No modifications necessary? My purpose would be to swap around intake/outake. Would this affect engine powerband/delivery? I prefer 200 powerband over 300. (Probably only a mental thing..... ). Alternatively could a 200 disco turbo be swapped around? (Intake to rear, exhaust to front). Any thoughts or experiences? Cheers.
muddy
If you look upwards and right you will see a small button called 'search' this can be used to search for topics, you might like to try it, it can really blow your mind.
Orgasmic Farmer
Long thread on this only a few weeks ago mate (hence post from Muddy). And yes it is possible and yes it does offer improvements, but its not a simple simple change as there is quite a bit of messing about with oil feeds and the like. Steve 90
It all bolts straight on, You need to change a couple of studs and use 300 oil feed and return. The only thing that doesnt is the dip stick but its easy to modify.
