clbarclay
Depending on specific tyre, the 255/85R16 is about 33.6" OD for a BFG MT The 285/75R16 is possibly a more common size than the 255/85R16 and is just under 33" OD for a BFG MT
Giles tout terrain
I have 33's on my 2 door classic, I've got Range rover police spec rear springs on the front with pro comps and Britpart +2 discovery on the rear with pro comps Have trimmed the arches and just bent the panels out have no problems with clearence, good road handaling and excellent off road. Am gonna upgrade to the terra firma remote resovoir shocks though soon when money allows
DEANO3528
FYI, I know where to get hold of 4 very slightly part worn KL71's in 33/12.5x15 similar to these at a bargain price: No wheels though. PM for details

DEANO3528
I think we covered it over the day Rob, but for anyone else interested: 5" lift. Extreme Double Cardin prop 110 transfer box etc etc It was no good off road like that but on road he would have got away with it... ...possibly. Hence why he 'trimmed' the arches a tad
