ebdesignDEFENDER
Have you thought about conventional car ramps, or at least a heavy duty version of them like difflock sell? rampsI have a pair, and they are really good. A second pair would get the whole vehicle up off the ground far enough to wok quite comfortably... alternately, get yourself a set of bus/lorry lifts! Mark Made a scatch in AutoCAD: My question is is thw ramp a litlle bit widther at the base?
Pete Attryde
Made a scatch in AutoCAD: My question is is thw ramp a litlle bit widther at the base? The ones I have are definately a little wider at the bottom than the top as they will fit inside each other. Pete.
Mark
As Pete says, They are definitely wider at the base. I would also suggest, if you were making them yourself that you make the flat bit at the top a bit longer - your pictures seem to have a short flat section, but to my mind a longer flat section would be far better.
