stuntman
Hello everyone, just a quick question, has anyone used any of the paddocks brush on paint? Just a quick question, could anyone estimate how much it would take to do a S3 swb tub (outside of), bulkhead, track cab back, bonnet, wings and grill, oh and doors? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also does it need a laquer coat?

Also does it need a laquer coat? not used paddocks but have used brush on from the paint man and its bloody great he will also tell you how much you need i bought 2.5 litres to do my swb series 111 so that should give you a guide obviously varies depending on quality and number of coats plus you thin it if your spraying so it would go further
mike4444244
Yup but i sprayed it, 2L did a 109 with 3 coats easily, was dead easy to get a good result in not-ideal conditions and its dried harder than a glaswegian skinhead! Rich_P
I used their paint to brush paint my Land Rover. In two years the paintwork has faded considerably, leaving clear marks when the bonnet is open between what the paint was and what it is now. The colour that I used was Deep Bronze Green. So perhaps it may not be a problem for the other colours on offer?
