moony123 Posted March 20, 2009 Share Posted March 20, 2009 hey all ive put 200tdi in my series, i'm not havin a heater so the 2 pipes on top of the engine 1 facing towards the bulk head and 1 facing up towards bonnet,do i join them both together somehow??? this is final stage now has anybody got any tips for checks etc or things to do before i try and start her will be attempting it tomorrow cheers everyone Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

kingdong2 Posted March 20, 2009 Share Posted March 20, 2009 Hi moony just join a piece of hose from the heater hose connection on the back of the cylinder head and then connect the other end of the hose to the other heater connection on the bottom of thermostate housing which will alow the water to curculate. may i ask why you are not using the heater ? graham __________________________ 1962 2a swb 200 tdi.
