streaky
I know this was posted before but it was an O/T subject and I can't remember what the original post was about. Who makes those special brackets that enable me to fit twin post shocks to the rear of my Discovery. Second question. Will they be at Newark this year?...I'm not going to Billing. Thx. streaky
Ah ha...found it. The company is Gwyn Lewis...email has been sent regarding show attandance. Question. What is the length of a standard Discovery shock compressed and then extended? I've been given a set of Reiger shocks that I want to fit but first need to know about the standard lengths of Discovery shocks. My ride is already lifted 2" with Dobinson/HT springs and Dobinson Shockers. Do Reiger make different lengh renmote cannister shocks for Land Rovers? Mine came off of a Defender so I think they will fit without any problems. just to get them vavled correctly and set set the stiffness via the dials. Any other comments welcome. Thx. S.
