101sean Posted July 29, 2009 Share Posted July 29, 2009 Brother in law has complained his 2005 130 with about 116k km on the clock is down on power at top end and has been getting throttle lag as well. Connected it to my Nanocom which showed all the various sensors are working OK and injector balance is fine. Check intercooler hoses and noticed they were very oily as was intercooler so we flushed it. Working back we've found that the rocker breather is blowing a lot of fumes and oil and the sump level was well down. I thought maybe injector seals but from searching that problem seems to put diesel in the oil and increase the level. Anyone come across this problem on Td5s before and likely cause? Haven't had rocker cover off yet as we're waiting for an injector loom, original has oil contamination. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
